Lady Clare Eluka Features As Top Personality In Natural Beauty Yearbook

Lady Clare, who launched her allergen-free natural beauty range of Premae skincare just two years ago, was announced 20th in the ‘Natural Beauty Yearbook 2014 Top 25 Personalities’ published this week.


Voted for by the industry, the Natural Beauty Yearbook ‘provides an essential snapshot of the leading personalities driving the newest trends and products in the natural and organic beauty market.’ It is the only trade-focused publication for the natural beauty industry and features trends, company profiles and directory showcasing the best of the sector.

The need for allergen-friendly cosmetics was first established by Clare due to her own personal struggle with Candida Albican. This condition ravished Clare’s internal immune system and outer immune system, her skin. Clare’s 7-year research for a cure, led her on journeys around the world to Egypt and Europe, investing in Chinese herbs and then to ayurvedic dietary rudiments all of which revealed one thing – the huge gap in the market for Allergen free skincare.


Frustration, the mother of all inventions led Clare to formulating skincare at night from her kitchen in Kings Cross, London whilst teaching A-Level English during the day.  After two years of testing and perfecting, the brand was ready for launching. Against the odds with the anxiety of leaving behind a stable career in teaching, Clare setup Premae Skincare on her 26th birthday, July 7th 2011 – the world’s first, critically acclaimed and highly anticipated pioneering Allergy-free beauty brand. Premae Sustainable Futures has begun pioneering sustainable growth programs in Africa.
