Better Than Cornbread
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Cream butter, erythritol and stevia.
- Add eggs One at a time to butter mixture, beating well after each.
- Mix almond and hazelnut flours with baking powder.
- Add egg to mixture to almond/hazelnut a little at a time while beating.
- Pour into greased 9 x 11 pan and bake for 50-55 minutes.
