Paleo Chicken Nuggets



 4 x organic chicken breasts

 1 x organic egg

 1 x cup chestnut flour

 1 tsp sea salt

 1/4 tsp black pepper

 3-4 tbsp. coconut oil


 To Make:

 1. Preheat a skillet or frying pan until hot then add the oil and heat until hot.

 2. Cut the chicken into 6 chunks, dip in the egg

 3. Pop the flour into a large low sided bowl and season the flour with the salt and pepper


 4. Coat each chicken chunk in the flour then add to the pan and fry for around 7 minutes or until dark brown and crispy
