Let’s start by asking a questions

How do you take action when you are afraid?

Well, the first thing to do is consider whether what you are afraid of is something you should really be worrying about. I like to actually consider myself in the situation, rather than thinking and worry praying what if ? what if ? what if?  I ask myself : OK…if I were in this situation right now what I do & how would I actually fee?  9 times out of 10 the answer is that  I would put all my efforts into feeling positive action, making sure I took an empowering and constructive step forward. If you find it too challenging to do that….. Consider how you would advise a friend in the same situation you are worry praying about. What you will find is that you surprisingly have some great and constructive ideas…write them down and then get on with them…feel your fear and do it anyway. For me every time I have crossed that cavern of panic and unknown, I arrive in a stronger place in myself. Believe you can and you are right…just remember to act !
